DO NOT PURCHASE the Mesa Sliding Barn Door Bar Center with Wine Enthusiast Classic 200 Wine Cellar. First I left a review on their website and they immediately removed it. I ordered this $5995.00 product and was told it was on back-order for 3 months. So after patiently waiting, it arrived. When it showed up it came with 2 left side shelves versus a left and right which means it could not be put together. Pieces were damaged, warped, and some of the wood was unfinished. Nails were visible. The delivery team left all but the extra left side shelve. I contacted customer care over a month ago and still have not been given a timeframe on a replacement (the initial call said it could be a few months). Worst experience. Do not waste your money on this product. Poor customer service. Do not recommend!

I ordered an expensive Eurocave Wine Refrigerator from Wine Enthusiast. The salesperson who took the call was helpful...until he wasn't. We decided to take advantage of the 0% financing through Affirm, and when we received the financing agreement, the rate was 22.46%. My credit score is north of 800, and there was no explanation. We called Wine Enthusiast Customer Service to no avail. We ended up paying off Affirm to avoid interest, but missed the opportunity to get travel points by using our card. I filed a complaint with Wine Enthusiast through the online contact form on November 18, 2020, and it is now December 9, 2020, and still have not received a response. Do not conduct business with Wine Enthusiast. They win the award for worst customer service.

Order was already late and now it is scratched up

I seem to have the same problems that others have. Order # 396421 I can never get in touch with anyone unless i hold on the line forever. The last time I spoke with some one they gave me their extension but it never gets answered. I have left a message about my late order no call back but I finally did receive my late order. And now when I call it does not give me the option to speak to anyone just email. So I emailed that one of my custom items was scratched up and I need a replacement asap. Still no answer back about how I get the scratched up one back and a replacement made asap. It is for a house warming gift and now it will be late. If it ever gets taken care of. I am really disappointed. This would be such a nice gift if it had not been all scratched and the marble insert all messed up too. I tried to call the extension again, however, no answer I had to leave a message. My message must be too long it cut me off. I am just really disappointed. I guess I should have read all the reviews before ordering.

Short life no reasonable repair option

Bought a Wine Enthusiast 24 bottle dual-zone wine cooler, model 272 03 02 24. Almost 3 years to the day it stopped cooling with no lights showing. I contacted customer service and was told someone would call me back. When they didn't I called again and was told that I could try a new $50 control panel. When I inquired if it didn't fix it, they said they do not take control panels back. Every fridge I've ever had has lasted considerably longer than this wine cooler which also has no reasonable repair option.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

Dealing with this company has been the most frustrating and exhausting experience ever. I am not one to complain but felt I needed to share my experience. I ordered a bar console unit in November 2020 (large piece and thousands of dollars). Each month the console was to ship, there was another delay. It took me calling every month to be advised it was delayed again, not that they had the courtesy to call me. Finally, after nearly 6 months of delays, I get a call my unit is scheduled for delivery. No surprise that each day it was scheduled to be delivered, it never arrived. Not once but 3 times. Again, I found out by calling all 3 times. No courtesy call made to say there was an issue. After much pleading on their part, I decided to give them one more chance to deliver it. No surprise. They deliver it only to find they delivered the wrong bar console. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company. After 6 months of waiting, I'm back at square one looking for a bar unit console, this time locally. Too bad as it looked like a very nice unit. I now understand why their customer ratings are so low. I experienced it first hand.

Purchased a Wine Storage Unit w/…

Purchased a Wine Storage Unit w/ Refrigerator. Subsequently the Refrigerator had some sort of cooling malfunction. Contacted Representative "Mike T" who didn't make excuses and immediately resolved the issue. Thanks!

BUYER BEWARE
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They charge outrageous money for cheap product.
I am very very disappointed in the quality of Wine glass I received. The price that I paid for was a cheap piece of plastic is outrageous.
This is a rip-off company.

Worse company ever

My order hasn’t been delivered for SIX MONTHS now, and that’s after they delivered an item of the wrong color. It’s 2 weeks past the back order date, and I had to call for them to tell me it’s back ordered again for OVER A MONTH longer. Completely unacceptable these people are useless

Issue resolved

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Repair request # is 426610 for whoever is going to provide some fluff response to this review. Before you do so you can look at how many times I've spoken with Paul and whoever else. I have called and talked to someone from your customer service team on EIGHT SEPERATE DAYS over THREE WEEKS, all who promise to call me back with information. Haven't received a call back to this day. I sent an email Saturday, still haven't heard back.
Here's the email if you would like to get a head start on fixing this situation!
"I am reaching out for assistance with a wine fridge that I have been trying to get fixed or replaced for weeks. I spoke with the same gentleman from your customer service team on three different days last week. Each day he assured me at the end of our conversation that he was going to reach out to someone for an update and call me back within 15 minutes. I did not hear back from him on any of the three days he promised to call me back, prompting me to follow up the following day, at which time I was told he would get some info and call me back, which he has yet to do.
The last time I spoke with him was Friday, and I got the same story - "some parts shipped, waiting on the other parts, let me make a phone call to check the status and call you back in 15 minutes." Never heard back from him.
While he has been extremely kind and courteous, at this point I am no longer interested in calling in to your customer service line to get my issue resolved, as clearly I am not getting help from that direction. I do not feel even the slightest bit valued as a customer, which is unfortunate and very frustrating. I have been more than patient, however, I do not have further patience to wait for a technician to call me and schedule something for two weeks from now. I would like the unit repaired or replaced by the end of this upcoming week, as it has been useless since it was installed in my kitchen over 30 days ago. The fact that it has taken and is taking this long to fix this issue is beyond disappointing.

7 months and still waiting!

September 15 2020 I ordered the Mesa Sliding Barn Door Bar Center. Finally arrived on December 9, 2020. As soon as they unpacked it I noticed that they had sent two of the same parts. So it couldn't be put together. Finally after many attempts to call customer service, and many attempts to email someone I found someone to help me. They finally ordered the replacement on January 4, 2021. The part I'm talking about is the right-hand side of the center. In other words, 1/3 of the bar center was wrong. On the invoice, I was supposed to get the replacement by Feb 15, 2021. Here it is April 2, 2021, and I'm being told I would get it by mid-June. Customer service is nonexistent. This has to be a scam of some sort. I can't believe they stay in business. I'm guessing once they have your money, they move on to the next gullible person. I will never buy again from this company and I will do my best to make sure other people are aware of the horrible business practices that are exhibited here.

EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to work with.
Before spending several hundred dollars on ANYTHING, try to order something really small and cheap like a cork screw opener. Then once your order is placed, try to change that item for something different.
This will let you know what kind of support to expect if you place a very expensive order.
It IS that bad. Here is what I experienced:
Their phones are always down, you can never get real person - unless you call Sales to buy something. Aside from horrible phone service, they openly admit email support takes up to 4 days....and it does.
My advice: avoid Wine Enthusiast if you can.

Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service after the sale. Unable to reach anyone with questions about an expensive wine refrigerator. When I call, I’m told to email, then in the email I’m told to call. Bottom line: no assistance.
